When they’re fully grown, sprinkle a little glitter over the patch while kids are in bed. Wake them up in the morning with the surprise that Cinderella must have gone to the ball last night!

You can grow a red rose bush in a pot or planter and wrap twinkle lights around the plant’s stem once it’s big enough.
