Create Your Own Compost

A great way to save some money and keep your garden purely organic is to create your own compost. Compost can easily be made at home by putting together waste from the kitchen such as fruit and vegetable peels, eggshells, coffee grounds used tea bags, etc. Just make a compost pile in the soil a week or so before you start planting and you won’t need any fertilizers, and your product will be completely organic.

Use Smart Maintenance Techniques

Maintenance is a major part of growing a garden, and it can take a decent amount of time depending upon the size of your garden, but if you use the right tools and techniques, you can cut your maintenance time in half.
